About
Temiskaming Shores Seniors’ Housing Corporation was
incorporated in February 2018 as a not-for-profit
corporation. Our mandate is to provide both market and
affordable rental units for seniors.
We are nearing the completion of a new 68-unit building
at 310 Grant Drive in New Liskeard. These are
independent living apartments for seniors where the
primary applicant is at least 60 years of age.
